  • Welcome!

Are you feeling lost and without direction? Does it seem like you’re just stuck? Are you struggling with learning how to relax or how to accept yourself or how to feel content with your life? Have you tried to solve the problems in your life on your own and realized you need help from someone else?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you have made the right choice by being here. I know seeking help can be hard. You’ve likely been debating seeking help for months, if not years, but I’m so glad you have taken the courageous step of being here.

“When confronted with a situation which we cannot change, we are then challenged to change ourselves.”
    — Viktor Frankl

Please be aware I prioritize responding to communications with established clients. I realize this is a difficult time to find an available mental health provider. I will do my best to respond to all inquiries, though please be aware that I may not be accepting new clients at any given time.
