    My Values

Confidentiality is the cornerstone of therapy, as it is a special relationship based on trust.

Therapy is a partnership in which we are both active participants working to the goals you've identified.

We will work together to find the ability to accept you as you are.

While it is important to accept yourself as you are, it is equally as valuable to push towards growth and change.
